What you are buying is 500 pieces of new .223 brass that either has the primer in backwards or the primer has been smashed in sideways.   in our experience about half the brass has primers that are useable if you go easy on the decapping pin.  However, we can make no representation on the percentage of useable primers.  Every single Fiocchi brass has passed through a case gauge so they shouldn't need sized.  Even though every one of these brass passed the gauge test, please run through a sizing die, our lawyers said so.
